B (she/her) joined UPOP in July 2023 as the Mentor Relations and Events Coordinator. It is her goal to provide a smooth, rewarding experience for mentors throughout their involvement with UPOP and have a good time doing it!
A 7th generation Texan, B moved to Boston sight-unseen to attend college in 2009 and found a new home in the process. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and Architecture from Boston University and a professional certificate in Arts Management from UMass Aherst. Prior to pursuing a career in higher education, she spent eight years in arts entrepreneurship (working as a Living Statue, among other amazing projects) and five years in e-commerce.
When not working, B likes to garden, try new restaurants, and spend quality time with friends.
