UPOP is renowned for the quality of its cohort of volunteer mentors, who support and coach UPOP students throughout their sophomore year in a variety of ways: 1:1 coaching, mock interviews, resume reviews, informational interviewing, and as a critical support during the annual Team Training Workshop (TTW) events in January and February.
