Sarelle (she/her) joined the UPOP team in September 2023 as a Student Programs Coordinator. In this role, she enables students to put their best foot forward in all steps of the internship and job search process. She is passionate about helping students gain the confidence to use their strengths in order to achieve the opportunities that they strive for.
Prior to UPOP, Sarelle helped adult education students gain skills and employment in grant-funded training programs on the Northshore. Previously, she worked as a middle school English teacher in Western Massachusetts for 3 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Westfield State University and a Master of Education in Community Engagement from Merrimack College.
Outside of work, Sarelle loves to rock climb, run, and roller blade.
